The background
Twenty years of practice
For nearly twenty years, David has explored and practised different methods drawn from breathing work, concentration, yoga, Chinese medicine and other traditions, while also looking at what psychology and current knowledge bring to them.
Practices
Five areas
What David draws on to put your programme together.
What he practises:
- Breathing work, adapted to the person
- Concentration, attention and mental activity
- Sleep and dreams
- Chinese medicine, one of the bases of the assessment
- Yoga, the other basis of that same assessment

Over the years, David has seen how powerful work on breathing, concentration and dreams can be when it is done properly. But how well it works depends on the practice, and most people find it hard to practise regularly on their own.
That is why he created Reset. Over time, one question had become central: what actually works? Reset came out of that search.
It is not about piling up techniques or knowledge, but about finding the practices that fit, doing them enough, and adapting them to the person to keep what works best.
What he takes care of
- The full assessment, at the start of the four weeks
- The choice of practices, once that assessment is done
- Building the programme, week after week
- The guided sessions, thirty to forty-five minutes
- The recordings of the practices chosen, for your days on your own
His method
- Nothing is standard: the practices are chosen after your assessment.
- The first week is for trying, observing and adjusting together.
- The next three repeat the practices chosen, enough for them to work.
- Five days of practice a week; every day remains the ideal.
- The sessions take place online; you have nothing to arrange.
A practice works because it is done regularly. That is what these four weeks are for: practising enough, properly and regularly, with someone who takes care of it. After a month, the difference really shows.

What the assessment looks at

The way you breathe, observed before any practice.
