Nidra: recovery through sleep
- A resting position, most often lying down.
- Guided techniques, chosen from the assessment.
- Sessions of thirty to forty-five minutes.
- Online, like the rest of the programme.
- A recording for the days on your own.

What we work on
Nidra is a deep practice done in a resting position, usually lying down.
Through different guided techniques, we work with the release of the body, with attention, and with the states between waking and sleep.
This is not simply passive listening: the session is directed, and attention has a precise place in it.
Why nidra in Reset
Nidra includes different practices that we can adapt and use to learn to enter a state of rest more deeply, particularly when the mind usually has trouble switching off.
Like the other two disciplines, nidra is not applied in the same way to everyone. The techniques chosen come from the assessment, and the first week serves to observe the ones you respond to best.
The practices chosen are recorded. On the days we do not practise together, you take them up again with the recording.
Three stages in each session

One discipline of three
- Five days of practice a week.
- Three guided sessions with David, Reset plan.
- Five guided sessions with the Reset Intensif plan.
- The other days, with David’s recording.
- Four weeks, from the assessment to the last session.
