Programme
Four weeks to regain mental calm
An assessment at the start, then four weeks of practice: five days a week, guided sessions of 30 to 45 minutes online, and David's recordings for the days on your own.

Rhythm
The programme in numbers
One
full assessment at the start, to choose your practices.
Four
weeks, from the assessment to the last guided sessions.
Five
days of practice a week, at least.
Three
disciplines: breathing, concentration and nidra.
The start
Understand before practising
Everything starts with an assessment. David looks at your breathing, your sleep, your diet, your pace of life and your habits, with the reference points of Chinese medicine and yoga. He looks for what stops you most from switching off.
Conversation
The assessment
A full conversation, before the first guided practice.
What he looks at
- Chinese medicine and yoga
- The way you breathe
- Your sleep and your diet
- Your pace of life and your habits
- Your goals for these four weeks

How it goes
Week after week
The first week is for trying. The three that follow are for repeating, long enough for the practices to have their effect.
Every day of practice
How a day goes
On some days, the session is guided by David; on the others, you follow his recording.
01
The guided sessions
30 to 45 minutes, online, live with David, who guides each practice.

02
The days on your own
David records the practices chosen: you follow them on your own, with his voice.

03
The rhythm
Five days a week make a good rhythm; daily practice remains the ideal.

In the programme
The three disciplines
Three disciplines, one direction. From the assessment, David chooses the ones that suit you and the way to practise them. Nothing is standard: these are your practices, for these four weeks.
Length
Why four weeks?
There is no shortage of techniques, and you probably know several. What is missing is practising them enough, properly, regularly.
Breathing, concentration, guided rest: how well they work does not depend on what you know about them, but on the way, the regularity and the time. On your own, you do not get there.
What four weeks allow
- A full assessment before the first guided session
- A week to try and find what works
- Three weeks to repeat and let the effects come
- Five days of practice a week, at least
- Recordings for the days without a guided session
After a month, the difference really shows. It is the length that makes this possible: four weeks are enough to settle a practice and see its effects.
You have nothing to organise. David makes the assessment, chooses the practices, records the ones chosen and guides each session.
